Please remember to bring a mat, along with blankets and pillows for extra comfort. If you don’t have a mat, there are a few available for use. Additionally, if you are unable to lie on the floor, we have some zero gravity chairs available, so please inform me when booking.
Preparing for Your Journey
✨ How do I get ready?
Dress in loose, cozy clothing. Layers are perfect since your body temperature might drop as you relax.
✨ What to bring:
Bring a thick yoga mat or a soft mat to lie on. A nice cozy blanket to cover up with in case you are chilled and your favorite pillow. The goal is to get as comfortable as possible!
✨ What if I can't lie on the floor?
No worries at all! There are a few seating options and a limited number of cozy zero-gravity chairs available, so please let me know right away if you'd like to reserve one.
✨ What can I expect during our hour together?
We will spend one hour completely unplugged from the world. We begin with a few minutes of quiet breathing to help your body slow down, relax, and sink into your mat. Then, three gentle chimes from a metal bowl will signal the start of the sound journey. You will melt into deep relaxation as the pure, resonant vibrations of the crystal singing bowls—including a deep, grounding 20-inch bowl—fill the room. To finish our hour, the crystal bowls will slowly wind down, followed by three soft chimes from the metal bowl. I will then gently guide you back to the present moment with some light stretching, letting you wake up your body at your own comfortable pace.
✨ What else should I know?
Sound sessions are a deeply personal experience. You might feel a wave of different emotions, cry, or fall fast asleep. Whatever happens is exactly what your body and mind need. Afterward, please stay for a bit! I'll have warm tea and fresh water ready for you. It's a beautiful time to ground yourself, sip something warm, and chat or connect with others if you'd like.
✨ What if I need to cancel?
If you can't make it, please give me 24 hours' notice so I can offer your spot to someone else. Because I run a small business, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the session. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting my business!

Alley provided my wife and I with a deeply soothing and relaxing crystal bowl sound bath while we visited the North Shore on our own relaxation and wellness retreat!
